During the programme (September 2019 to June 2020), you will be exposed to various functions such as lead generation, client success, marketing and account management/business development.
Each module lasts approximately two months. At the end of the programme, a rewarding opportunity with International SOS awaits you.
Module 1: Sales Induction & our Assistance Centre
Your 9-month programme starts in London, September 2019. You will be part of a structured, blended learning experience that begins in our Assistance Centre, the beating heart of our business. You will become familiar with the support and advice we provide to our clients so that they can keep their global workforces safe, well, happy and productive.
Module 2: Lead Generation & Client Services
You will follow our Customer Journey, from first contacts and lead generation activities to after-sales service. You will learn about our products and services while meeting and working alongside all of the different specialists involved along the way.
Module 3: Marketing & Digital Solutions
You will learn how our Marketing teams work together with our Sales and Client Success teams to build sales pipeline, retain clients and create brand value. You will learn what it takes to deliver a seamless service around the world and have your chance to contribute to our future, as we embrace and create digital solutions to very analogue problems.
Module 4: Account Management & Business Development
Our sales teams are responsible for retaining our client base, increasing penetration into our existing customers and acquiring new clients. You may not know where your preference lies, so we will provide you with world class sales training and expose you to Account Management and Business Development in your home country.
You will be expected to own your learning from the start. You will be working on real challenges and making a difference immediately, developing your team working, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills. You will have help, lots of it. Buddies, tutors and mentors are ready to guide you and you have access to an extensive suite of on-line resources, so you can learn how and when best suits you.
