Problem

The executive and his wife were on a leisure trip to the Galapagos Islands when the Ecuadorian government closed the borders and commercial flights were cancelled as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. 

Solution

The client opened a private case to request a charter flight for the executive. International SOS arranged the charter flight and moved the executive and his wife back to the United States in less than 72 hours.
