Problem

Our client sought our expert assessment of the healthcare infrastructure and country preparedness where they operate, support with COVID-19 case management procedures, and training for their people on how to protect themselves from the disease and with cope with the psychological impacts of the pandemic.

Solution

We reached out to our client and discussed our evacuation capabilities. We were on hand to provide guidance and support with management and communication during the crisis. We also assisted in the development of a COVID-19 emotional support hotline.
