Return to Travel

As numerous countries reduce their pandemic-restrictions, we are starting to see increases in activity in business travel behaviours (monitored in our Tracker tool). With an uplift of 125% since the beginning of 2021, domestic business travel around the world has shown signs of gathering momentum.¹

International travel has also shown increases in certain locations too. For example, business trips to Austria have seen a 5-fold increase during the first six months of 2021.

Travel has become undoubtedly more complicated and more support is required than ever  – in Europe alone, we have seen a 60% increase in the number of cases per 100 trips². Travellers and their managers are commonly seeking our advice to help navigate the complexity of country restrictions and, of course, managing the threats of the disease itself.
