Innovating through Thought Leadership

In 2009, the Americas region pioneered the concept of Duty of Care, producing the first definitive white paper on the subject. Since then, Duty of Care has grown from a concept to a best practice.

The 2011 “Duty of Care and Travel Risk Management Global Benchmarking Study” looked at how various industry segments stacked up, and remains a go-to white paper for industry standards. Following this study, various sector reports followed suit such as: NGO, Energy and Mining and Scholastic.

In 2016, a white paper on the Legal Aspects on Duty of Care in Canada1 was released, continuing the path of knowledge for organisations when it comes to this important topic.
